It is our aim to provide every possible advice and assistance to each of our customers to minimise the impact of the disaster encountered and where possible to safely restore equipment to full functionality as soon as possible, at viable cost.   We will use our best endeavours at all times to meet this aim.

It is our objective to prepare a detailed estimate in which all reasonably foreseeable costs will be included.  It is sometimes extremely difficult to given an exact forecast of costs at the beginning of a project owing to the very nature and complexity of the task undertaken.  However, we will only ever include in our estimate items that we consider to be technically reclaimable and safely restorable.
